Requirements

This global recruitment company was searching for a centrally located venue for their first European careers fair. They needed exhibition space, conference facilities, accommodation and a venue and services for a gala dinner and fundraising event.

Thanks to Visit London’s comprehensive knowledge of the city, we were able to suggest a range of possibilities. We then helped McGuire through the selection and booking process. Subsequently securing a venue that offered ample exhibition space for the two day event, including conference facilities for the various guest speakers. All in a central London location that allowed guests easy access to city’s leisure attractions.

Block-booked guest accommodation was also negotiated at a reduced rate, enabling the client stay on budget.

All arrangements were co-ordinated through the Visit London team and website, including booking a jazz band for a social evening. The planning was so successful that McGuire Global Recruitment is considering making the fair an annual event.
