Visit London announces where to meet the team in 2009
Visit London's Association/Major Congress team has announced its whereabouts and key exhibiting dates during 2009.
Its highly-trained staff will be on hand to answer questions and discuss bringing events to London at a raft of meetings and conventions in both North America and Europe.
The important dates for next year's appointment diaries begin in North America with the Convening Leaders convention in New Orleans from 11-14 January. Organised by the Professional Convention Management Association, Visit London will be attending.
From 11-13 February, Visit London will join the annual meeting of association management companies. The convention is organised by the AMC Institute in Orlando Florida at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World.
Destination Showcase...
On 16 April, the Visit London team will be at Spring Time Expo, a meetings industry event held in Washington at the Walter E Washington Convention Center.
A Canadian sales mission is also being planned prior to ASAE in Toronto in August. Should an association wish to see Visit London then, please contact Sanaa Benmoussa. A further sales mission to Chicago and Washington DC will be planned in 2009.
In Europe, the Visit London team will be in attendance at International Confex, held at London's Earls Court from 24-26 February; Chase, held at the Business Design Centre in London, from 24-25 February; and IMEX, Frankfurt from 26-28 May.
Visit London also has sales missions planned for Brussels and Geneva in March 2009.

The last association event organised by Visit London in the UK was at the Wellcome Collection, a unique meeting and cultural venue in the heart of London.
