etc. venues is expanding its London venue portfolio with a 300-capacity event space next to its existing London Bridge property Prospero House.
Scheduled to open in August, Illuminate @ Prospero House will be created out of a period building near Borough Market, currently undergoing a major refurbishment after a £600,000 investment.
Illuminate takes etc.venues into a wider market as the size of the room, technical capabilities and layout will allow for product launches, dinner events, parties, awards ceremonies and conferences requiring space for larger sets. Whilst the venue will be linked to Prospero House next door, Illuminate will also have its own separate entrance and registration area.
