Exposure Event Creations Managing Director Simon Burton has sold the Excite! show to F2f Events, a UK company headed up by the Interim Director of the Association of Exhibition Organisers Austen Hawkins.
The sale means that Burton will adopt a non-executive Director position as he begins to step back and focus on other projects including several new event ideas.
Event Director John Sanders will continue to run the two-day exhibition for exhibitors and marketers interested in bringing brands to life through live events.
Excite! will now take advantage of F2f Events' sales, marketing and content development resources. It will slot into a portfolio of four existing exhibitions and take place from 23-24 June 2010 at the Brompton Hall, Earls Court
Sanders said: "We now have the resources to take Excite! to the next level and engage with a whole new audience whilst developing more products around the show."
F2f Events Managing Director Austen Hawkins said: "We're really excited to acquire this successful event and have big plans to grow and develop it over the coming years."
