Event agency Fortesqueue's is opening its popular London venue, The Room by the River, in Dubai from 23 November to 17 December.
MVM Dubai and Fortesqueue's have teamed up to deliver the temporary event venue in the Middle East.
Temporary beachside conference venue
The Room will be situated beachside at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, overlooking the Burj Al Arab. The temporary structure will act as a blank canvas for hosting conferences, launches and parties during the region's busiest event period.
Fortesqueue's Chief Executive Scott Balfour said: "We are very enthusiastic about this collaboration with MVM and I am confident that with our combined passion and expertise, not to mention The Room's stunning location, companies will be keen to hire our services."
The venue is available for hire day and night. With a full capacity of 700 people, it can be rented exclusively or partially.
Phillippa Robinson, who formerly managed the hospitality at The O2's Tutankhamun exhibition, has joined Fortesqueue's to head up the venture as Project Manager Middle East.
MVM Group Managing Director Richard Beggs said: "With a record number of events taking place in the region, it is great to be able to bring such a unique offering to Dubai."
