The Landmark London hotel has published a Meetings Planners Calendar detailing the low to high demand dates for the five-star property from 2009 until 2011.
The Meetings Planners Calendar has been translated into French, German and Spanish and is available in PDF form. It breaks each month down into periods of very low demand, low demand, moderate demand and high demand, and details the day delegate rates and superior room rates that apply during these times.
Emma Waycot, Assistant Director of Sales at The Landmark London said: "Meetings and events are still a crucial element of day-to-day business, even with the current economic climate, they still need to happen. We truly understand that savings have to be made to be able to book a luxury five-star hotel such as Landmark London, which is why we continue to pro-actively state our low demand periods and rates to the market place.
Meeting Planners can save £20 per person on day delegate rates and £60 per person on bedroom rates between a high and very low demand period. These savings soon add up and can make a big difference on the total cost of their event. Our aim is to constantly work with meeting planners and agents to make budgets stretch further, to give as much value as possible and to enable planning at least 24 months in advance."
