Novotel London West is planning a series of upgrades in order to offer planners more flexible event space.
The Hammersmith-based hotel is responding to its perceived requirement for conference rooms that can hold between 200 and 300 delegates. It is about to embark on a refurbishment to its ground-floor Chablis Suite. Once complete, the room will be able to divide into two separate spaces holding 300 delegates each. Alternatively, it will be also be available as one main space suitable for an exhibition. Novotel London West plans to achieve this by building floating sound-proofed walls, linked to the existing pillars.
The hotel further plans to open up its ground floor area and provide an alternative conference check-in point to ensure it meets the needs of delegates and organisers.
The proposals are part of an overall refurbishment scheme that will also see the creation of a modern club bar at the hotel. A new menu for its 5 senses culinary team-building experience has also been launched in advance of the proposed refurbishment plan.
