Cool Awards name Radisson Edwardian as UK's hippest hotel chain

An industry judging panel, which included Visit London's Event Solutions Manager Zanine Adams, has voted Radisson Edwardian Hotels as the coolest hotel chain in the UK.

Radisson Edwardian Hotels has scooped the Coolest UK Hotel Group accolade for a second year running in an annual poll published by Prestige Events.

The Cool Venue Awards judging panel included a mix of events industry specialists including Londonlaunch.com Managing Director Will Broome, and journalists and event organisers.

Radisson Edwardian Marketing Director Linda Plant said: "We are delighted to retain the title of Coolest Hotel Group. Winning for the second year in a row is a fantastic achievement and a real honour. The staff at each of our hotels work extremely hard to create a memorable experience for all of our guests and we are proud of what we have achieved as a group."

Other London winners in this year's survey included The Hempel for Coolest Boutique Hotel, Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, which retained its title as Coolest Sporting Venue, and the Barbican for Coolest Conference and Exhibition Centre.
Sketch won the Coolest Restaurant award, The Roundhouse won Coolest Awards Ceremony venue and the Natural History Museum also retained its title as Coolest Museum.
