SML Events & Marketing has been appointed to produce the Visit London awards ceremony for a second year.
The 2009 ceremony, which will take place at Westfield London, is the first time an event of this kind has been held there.
More than 700 people are expected to attend the awards on 5 November. The ceremony will commence with a champagne reception in The Village, Westfield's luxury brand section, followed by a three-course dinner during the awards.
Various performances designed specifically for the evening will draw on London's vibrant and diverse creative offerings.
BT is this year's headline sponsor, while media partners include the Evening Standard, Magic FM and Kiss 100.
Sally Chatterjee, Visit London, Interim CEO said: "Now in its 6th successful year the BT Visit London Awards are a way of celebrating the best of tourism in the capital. The industry is worth approximately £16 billion to the economy in London and we believe that every aspect of tourism from accommodation and attractions to business and events should be recognised and celebrated. This year's awards ceremony will certainly be a unique experience set in the luxurious space at Westfield London and will mark the centre's first birthday."
