Visit London has teamed up with UK events industry association Eventia to stage a evening of networking.
The event will take place on 18 September. It will be an opportunity for guests to view a new movie-themed event space in the capital and to network with industry peers.
The chosen venue is The Movieum of London, a museum of film located at County Hall, opposite the Houses of Parliament.
Managed by agency Weird and Wonderful, guests will arrive down the red carpet and enter into a Studio Sound Stage. The Movieum of London has several event spaces including the Rotunde, which allows planners to project a chosen film around the room. The venue also has a 200-seat auditorium.
The museum itself contains many original props and costumes from blockbuster films including Christopher Reeves' original 1978 costume from Superman and Michael Keaton’s Batman outfit.
The venue's in-house caterer is Eat to the Beat, part of the Chevalier Group. On the evening of 18 September, food will be provided by Red Snapper Events.
