Sample Itinerary: Luxury Incentive Programme

Day One

Your travel representative will meet you at airport arrivals and escort you to your waiting chauffer-driven Rolls Royce for the transfer to your hotel.

Enjoy lunch at leisure upon arrival at your country hotel just outside London, then enjoy an afternoon of pampering in the spa.

Day Two

Following breakfast and checkout, your Rolls Royce will take you to the Rolls Royce factory for your tour and lunch, following which you’ll be whisked to London, where you’ll check in at The Dorchester Hotel

Looking across the soft green swathes of Hyde Park, The Dorchester is one of the most desirable places in the world to stay. Superbly located in the heart of Mayfair, it embodies the highest of traditional values, is close to exclusive London shopping in Bond Street and Knightsbridge and within easy access of many top London attractions.

Enjoy an afternoon at leisure, followed by dinner in the new Alain Ducasse restaurant at the Dorchester. Opened in November 2007, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester has rapidly become one of London’s most desireable restaurants. It offers modern refined French cuisine, as interpreted by Executive Chef Jocelyn Herland.

Day Three – Option 1

Sprinkle a little magic on your morning with an early morning horse ride in Hyde Park before returning to The Dorchester for a delicious breakfast.

Follow that with a backstage tour of the Royal Opera House where you’ll have special access to the backstage and front of house areas of one of the world’s leading opera houses as it prepares to open its doors for the evening performance. The tour explores the colourful history of the theatre, the recent re-development of the Royal Opera House as well as aspects of current productions, and may include opportunities to see The Royal Ballet in class, The Royal Opera artists in costume or the magnificent backstage technology in operation.

Following the tour, you’ll have time to take a stroll and explore romantic Covent Garden, then enjoy a gorgeous lunch at Cecconi’s in Mayfair.

This afternoon, it’s time to go diamond shopping at Asprey. Asprey and Garrard have held the position of Crown Jewellery for 150 years. Today you can explore this fabulous luxury goods emporium with a diamond expert who will talk you through the three C’s: cut, clarity and carat.

Return to The Dorchester’s luxurious promenade for traditional afternoon tea.

This evening you’ll be in the best seats at a West End show. Whether it’s a West End musical or a ballet at the Royal Opera House, we will be sure to secure the best seats for your choice of show.

Supper at a private members only dining club or an exclusive chef’s table at one of London’s fabulous restaurants

Day Three – Option 2

Start your day with a private visit to The Tower of London and see the fabulous Crown Jewels. On arrival the traditional Beefeater guards will show you around the Tower Precincts and escort you to a private viewing of the Crown Jewels. After the viewing enjoy a continental breakfast.

Then head to Westminster for a private guided tour of the Houses of Parliament - also known as the palace of Westminster. Originally built by Edward the Confessor in the eleventh century, the royal residence moved to Whitehall Palace in the sixteenth century but the Lords continued to meet at Westminster, while the commons met in St. Stephen's Chapel. Ever since these times the Palace of Westminster has been home to the English Parliament.

Lunch at the House of Lords hosted by a peer of the realm. This is a truly privileged opportunity to dine within the stately environs of this historical setting.

Then enjoy a flight in a private capsule on the London Eye. At 135 metres above London, the London Eye offers 40km panoramic views across the London and surrounds.

This evening you’ll be in the best seats at a West End show. Whether it’s a West End musical or a ballet at the Royal Opera House, we will be sure to secure the best seats for your choice of show.

Day Four

Following breakfast, your chauffeur will meet you at The Dorchester for your airport transfer.
