At Premier Inn King’s Cross St Pancras, we have three meeting rooms available.

Our largest room, the ‘Brighton’ can accommodate up to 30 people in a boardroom style setting and 60 in a theatre style. Room Hire for the Brighton is £550.00 for the day.

The ‘Manchester’ and ‘York’ can accommodate up to 12 people in a boardroom style setting or 25 in a theatre style. Room hire for both rooms is £200.00 for the day.

• Tea, coffee biscuits can be served at an additional charge of £2.50pp.

• We also cater for various lunches ranging from sandwich platters at £7.50 pp, finger buffet at £10.50 pp or a two course hot buffet at £16.50pp. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for. Our menus are reviewed on a regular basis and adapted to suit customer needs. BBQ’s can also be arranged in our courtyard.

• We also offer a day delegate rate of £49.00pp. This rate is inclusive of room hire, two servings of Tea, coffee biscuits and a two-course hot buffet lunch.

• A screen and projector can be provided at a charge of £50.00 for the day.

• All rooms also have WiFi accessible by a charge-card, which can be purchased at Reception.
